Economy seems to be picking up and so does the sales of this condomomium. It was a prove of success when more the 90% of the units have been sold off. So, i guess, with all the comments and critics, it still did not manage to put off potential buyers from buying this place up. I still think that the most attractive piece of point to buy this place up is the strategic location and also the space design.
As for now, not more then 10 units still available as recently, the sale has been terrific but its not unusual for this to happen since most of the new comers can easily make up their decision as the exact output is in front of them already. The weird part is most of the recent buyers were targeting the big one which is the Type C. Its practically sold out.
Anyhow, seems that getting the place is not so far off if our local council can get more things done in one 'short' period. All checkings have been done and only the Fire Department as well as MPPP approvals stand between us and the condo.
Just a reminder that a Home Decoration Exhibition is coming up at PISA this coming 5th June 2009 to 7th June 2009. For those guys who would like to find a good bargain of any interior assets, do cross over to the fair as scouting for better and great products does not mean scouting the whole country.
