A so called Department of Complain (DC) has been set up in this blog to cater to any feedbacks/complains or unsatisfactory issues that may arise from the progress of the Vista Bay Condominium.

Anyhow, i will direct all these feedbacks/complains (legitimate one only) so that we can direct it to the developer's attention.

这里有几点共大家参考:
第一:我们一年前在这里买了一间屋,发展商说很快就会好,应该会在8月,然后又是10月,然后又是12月,一直到现在已经是2009年3月了却还没好,很失望。说实在的,Carrefour附近的Kristal Appartment都好到七七八八了,很快。

第二:这是Condominium,却看来像Appartment而已,不够气派。虽然卖的是Condominium的价钱,却不比其它也在北海的Condominium看来豪华有气派。比如Harbour Place的Peal View价钱廉宜,外观设备都附合高级公寓的条件。

还好,比起其它高级公寓,这里的屋子室内面积总算够宽大,第点也实在很不错。

在这,我希望发展商和管理层能多费心思,栽种一些可以看起来较美观的树在围墙外,比如:现在既流行,美丽而且备受市政局推荐的热带樱花,黄花树,或类似棕榈树的。

Vista Bay 是高级公寓,希望完成时它的确能以高级公寓的姿态呈现在大家面前。这样买了它的人不会对公司的信誉失望,未买的也会深被吸引,其发展商也会持续保留良好的信誉,不然则会被PJD比下去。

pretty agree with anonymous's point of view. There is another point to add, hopes that they will fix the floor tiles at the roof top courtyard to make it looks classy and a real CONDO.

本人认同无名氏的论点,发展进度的确比预期中慢,让人有点失望。外观看起来的确不够高级,就像一般的flat,尤其停车场的外观更普通。


本人也认为屋顶的设计看起来和它本来的设计有很大的出入,看起来不够高级,和照片里的有很大分别。屋顶上露出的水管也有损外观。
建议:增设一些灯饰,植物和把洋灰地铺上地砖,让它看起来更整洁美观,成为居民休闲时的好去处。

Actually i went up to the rooftop only once but the feeling i get is the same as you guys which is not up to the par.

In fact, i proceed to the developer and ask them about this issue and seems that they gave me a pretty satisfying explanation for now.

The rooftop is still in progress and touch up will be done to beautify it. I can't really imagine just yet on how it will turn out to be but just hope for the best then right.

I not agree with your explanation that the different between CONDOMINIUM and APARTMENT may be is just a spelling. You just think about why hotel have put in so many catergory as following: 3 star hotel, 4 hotel hotel and 5 star hotel. Sure there have different between that.

We decided to buy Vista Bay, because last time we see the show plan and the show picture look so classy and the explain of the further plan by developer is so attractive. The developer say, this condo will build a garden at the rooftop, and while see the picture as show in sale offer and the flyer is so beautiful and smart. Really like a garden and look comfortable to stay there. But the picture show in the web is just a simple rooftop without anything provide we will see the big piping there. (Not matching with the picture show).
The swimming poor is small just like a fish tank. (Not matching with the picture show).
Sure, if you not agree, just refer to the vote in your blog. See how many unsactified result.
As the first anonymous said, it just look like medium apartment.
We really hope that the developer may pay attention on our comment.
Hopefully, they may go the survey other condominium like PEAL VIEW OR SEA VIEW, observe the idea how is the facilities and the view of that condo. They provide a good view of entrance logbe, swimming pool and the plant inside the condo and outside, look very nice and classy.
But i sincerely said that the guard house at vista bay look very nice, and the space of the unit of the house also quite large if depend with PJD's harbour place.

I totally agree with what u r saying, but not d last positive comment..
I dun think d guard house look nice.. with d zin root make it look cheap n not nice at all.
I dun know how d architac design it. i think his brain is at d back side.. "No Taste At All" I Feel Like Cheating... Totaly different from d what he is showing..

N d color of d building... Dun know how to say la.. Just 1 word.. "NO TASTE!!!"

Seems most of the comments are about the rooftop but then again, you need to bear in mind, i did mention that the rooftop is still on-going and i do agree that the pictures which were taken does not really look like what it should be albeit the picture showed to us by the developer during the initial stage.
For the swimming pool, it was informed to us that it would be a small pool instead of a big one even during the initial stage and thus, i never expect the pool to be very big at all.
For the appearance and all, i don't have a say coz beauty is based on the eye of the beholder and thus, different people might have different view of it.
I'm actually here to clarify things and don't get me wrong that i'm siding developer at all.

Seems we are moving in the right track by having this discussion and believe me, i've notified the developer on your comments.

By the way, about the difference between condo and apartment which i posted earlier, i was actually only joking about it being different by spelling because no one can really tell us a perfect answer on this matter.

most probably that in future, developer has to be extra mindful of the illustration show in the flyer as well as the exact building being construct. I can see that most of the feedback is arguing on the that.Having feeling that being cheated.

i got 1 unit in SEA VIEW, do you guy want to purchase?

swimming pool so big, so nice, so wat? do you think how many of us will swimming down there? i can't see any people was there every days. do you know how much is our maintenance free for every month?

Sure. Please mention your name and how to contact you. We may discuss to exchange. And i don't know what is the price you buy there, my friend buy only RM175K. Now, i buy Vista Bay is RM192k. Most expensive than Sea View. Just let you we also have 1 unit at Park View, just because of beside the apartment is "kubur melayu", so we rent out. Please note, Park View is apartment only. Why i saying so, if you not believe just go to check the relevant document from government. But Sea View is Condominium.

Actual just like one of the anonymous said. Rooftop, swimming pool, guard house, building style really a lot of different with the flyer.

If you not believe just go to ask other buyer. We feel like cheating us. Of course, we not request that the finish construction must 100% same with the flyer, but Vista Bay is only 60% same.

Here, we want to point out what different we being find. So disappointed to see it.

1) While we purchase, the developer say the rooftop floor with tile, plant grasses and flower, got exercise street, BBQ corner, chair for seating. Now, it is only simen without anything and just can see the big piping there.

2) The building at the car part area totally different with the flyer, just see the wall, sorry i don't know how to explain in english. Go to see it yourself. Unless you are Mr. Doesn't Matter, then you will not see the different.

3) Lobby.

4) Tree planted there.

How can your say the finish construstion not mean must same with the flyer. Most of the buyer also depend to the flyer to decide whether this is their loving style or hometown. If the flyer is not a importing part, then better ask the developer use the most beautiful or most classy flyer to show the customer, because even the finish building not same with the flyer also doen't matter mah.

I & my friend n my husband's friend all 4 family buy at Vista Bay, all of us with same opinion, provide they not yet go to vote on your blog. You understand me?

D guy say ready to exchange 1 to 1, n mentioned that he/she's sea view is more hinger price that vista bay...

I think d guy must b crasy, talk like a child, no brain...dun talk talk only n dun talk the nonsense.

We buyer only 1 2 given our opinion n our feedback about the Vista Bay.

Who said yr sea view prices more higher that Vista Bay. My friend only buy on RM160K-RM180K at sea view.

hi guys,

i think before you guys go sell off each other places just for the sake of the flyer, why not we keep it 1st and see how it goes in the end. Since the building is not yet really, so called 100% completed eventhough it was written so, we should keep ourselves calm and collected till we get what we have paid for.
As one of the owner of the place, i would like what i paid for to be fully up to par as most of you guys do and since the building is still on-going with its beautification, let us wait and see then.

By the way, i really do appreciate if we could keep our opinion towards the building instead of each other as saying things that might hurt each other won't really solve anything. Appreciate your cooperation.

Please be reminded again that i do inform the developer on what you guys commented inside this blog.

I'm looking for a good unit in vista bay , if u want sell your unit pls let me know your unit number & with the price ( your buying price ), since u are not so happy faster sell to someone. anyhow myself give vista bay overall 90 point, why ? base on thier design, size unit, facility & etc...some more the price 1XX K only mah....u think in butterworth can get it meh...

I like the location of vistabay.
It is near to every places (to me, I dunno others, later kena tembak pulak) and I believe it would be a nice place to stay.
Looking forward for developer to hand over and pass the OC.
I believe the developer will do their best and what I can do now is thinking about the renovation. :P

Mr. Tan, I think u ar in sleeping mood. If u ar insteresting to vista bay, just go to buy from the sales office. Vista Bay still hv about 13 units not sales out yet, u no need to buy from second hand or from we 1st buyer. It more save money. Think about my friendly got suggestion. Dun be headache.

i don understand that actually this 4 unit buy house to live or buy appearance from flyer? To me sample house is most important. i buy a house not from flyer,picture,model,introduce from developer all nonsense, It's from my heart to buy this 'HOME'.Feel it when you in sample house.

what is important? safety,convenience,low maintenance fee.... who care the flyers.

COnclusion: For this project i give 90% for this moment. Please don give all disappointed point. It's disadvantage to u and me.Buy whole building Meh, home only mah. Please don pull down our house value.
Buy RM 1xx k with 1200 sq ft 'HOME' where got!

You people blind ah? Where got white light! All the car park and corridor is light yellow fluorescence. Take a look closer. Too yellow looks to dark and cctv cannot get clear picture.
I dont know why all you people complaint about. When you buy a house, you see and you reserached and then you buy with all your good saving and with all your loving heart. Making a decision is difficult but requires a very bold heart to do so. After all that, you wait in patience for it to be completed. So, when it is completed, a little diffence from the proposed idea, everybody complaint, angry. Now, all your dreams; the one the have made a few years ago- down the drain, for what? A little different in design! Ha! Ha!
I just wonder when your parent plan to have you, what kind of person they have in their mind when you were conceiving you. You could NOT be even what they want!

I am one of the commenter before.

I sincerely agree 50% and disagree 50% with what Dr. Wong TC's opinion. Anyway, the one of the anonymous said that please let developer to complete their job. If they din fulfil after oc ,let we form a commitee to request. It is a very good idea.

Again, i want to explain is this is the commitment and responsibility to complete the building as what there stated in the flyer show to customer. Of course, there is not 100% same, but at least the facilities show there must be fullfil.

Since, this blog is creating to let the buyer or prospect to deliver their opinion, then if any else feel unsactified with some issue and do the comment is nothing wrong. We people must accept comment and even complain all the time so we may get improve.

Below is my personal opinion on Vista Bay:
1) Good location.
2) Maintenance fee RM100 is reasonable.
3) The spaces of the design inside the home. About 1200-1300sq ft & with 3-4 rooms. Really, the spaces is quite big if compare with other condominium or apartment at B'worth.

4) If the facilities all completed as what stated in the flyer, then i will sactify also. The time i decided to purchase here, i was based on all the facilities stated in the flyer and what the developer's explaination.

5) The building style and the colour as stated in the flyer i also like it. (Especially the rooftop courtyard), i can imaging how nice the garden on the top and is will be a very nice and new modern leisure place.

Lastly, i friendly deliver some of my suggestion and opinion as such:

TQ Mr. Michael being created this blog. It is a good way to let all the condo owner having their opinion or comment here. Always complaint cannot solve the problem, but without complaint also without improve.

Because i am one of the house owner at Vista Bay in future, so i hope all the owner and the buyer may stay in harmony, friendly and happiness situation. All of us will be a neighbour, i hope all the people stay there is a kind people and with good attitude all the time. Only this way, we can build up a good relation between us.

Stop blaim the complainer and stop argue with the satisfyer also. We are here to deliver our hope, our opinion and suggestion. Also hope the developer may take action on the suggestion which is reasonable, since, we buyer are so believe on you and your company.

Anyway, i was told that the light which you guys have seen in the picture is not really 100% white lights. Its actually a little bit pinkish/yellowish.
I haven't really seen it yet so i cannot confirm this personally.

Since I have bought one of the units here, the only thing I wish the most is the punctuality of hand-over and obtaining OC. The second hope is after getting the key, the interior side of the purchased unit can be presented in its tip-top condition. At last, it is the hope not only me but every owner of Vista Bay, I guess, about the exterior parts of the building and its compound, which can be further upgraded based on the other purchasers' comments as guidelines.

Pertaining the comments about colour of building, it is undeniable looked a bit 'dark' in general as mentioned by the others but if we take a closer look, may be from another angle or perspective, the combination of 'pure white' and 'dark grey' has significantly showed its contra effect that further makes it looks 'cool' enough. When put 'on' the light at night, I think it can even be looked 'cooler' if the lights come with different colours.

hi there,

the keys are expected to be given to us by this month but not the OC just yet as there are a few procedure left need to tend to.

We are not actually allowed to go into the building just yet as the OC has not been approved but if you really want to do so for now, you may contact the developer and make an appointment to be escorted up.

As a conclution, next time if we need to purchsed any "Condo" or "Apartment". Please go for Bettter developer. Item of better of progress and no more delay of VP or OC.

Actually the lateness on issuing the VP as well as OC is actually part of the process that we need to look into when buying a place. For me, this is smaller issue compare to other factors that we might need to consider as developers does not only represent us in getting the key and passing the OC but also determine whether our future life in that place is the best one we have or a burden to us with all the maintenance payment issue or shoddy work issue.
Some developer may promise u a lot but in the end, go bust.
Anyway, right now, we should be glad that they are finishing up those last things and would handing us the key soon.
For me, after consulting the developers on the matter that you guys had said as well as wat you have suggest, i'm quite happy with their explanation.
Why don't you guys just go to the office and talk to them instead of making a lot of speculations and hatred towards them.

hai friendz i'm one of the purchaser of vista bay.Like u all even i'm also waiting 4r the key 2 hand over 2 us.hope fully we will get the VP n OC as soon as posible(april).so far i have no comment about the developers or about the flyer. wait n c untill they complete 100%.hope v will be good neigbours.tq tc.

The VP is actually for you to do some inspection yourself and that is all you can do.

Any renovation work is not really allowed just yet for now until the OC is given to you.

I cant really say when we can obtain the OC but as far as i know, once VP is given, if there is no obstruction, we could possibly get the OC within a month but then again, this is not our call and not even the developer's call, its the local council call. So, for now, just hope for the best.

I m waiting for OC also. Hope it may getting soon. N hopefully all my neighbour are good and kind people. Hopefully the owner there all may have good disipline and attitude, because i hope the compound there always in clean condition and the facilities and leisure place all keep in good condition no matter how many after.

Understand your concern on this. I did consider this things and i even ask some other owners on this as well but it at the boils down to the same reason i created this blog in the first place...... which is to provide information to some of the buyers and potential buyers about this condo.
To tell you the truth, but still not being bias and all, i'm actually like you, come to love this condo, but i can tell you one thing, this feeling has not fade even a little bit as the more people say bad things about this condo, the more i will find out the truth about the accusations and allegations and the more this feeling grows. Comments regarding the looks, the colours of everything and the other similar might varies from one human being to another but comments about the roof top, the trees, swimming pool, gardens are actually being justified for.
So, i hope that, before you guys thinking of selling this place out, perhaps you can wait a little while longer as to see how it would turn out when it is 100% completed, and when i say 100% completed, i mean 100% completed. So, what i ask for you guys to do is to be patient as putting in more dislike feeling into this place is not going to help you at all.

Anyway, just for your information, right now, people keep coming in to buy this condo and seems that all this looks and colour issues does not deter people from buying it as for me, and like them, knows that this building is worth every penny you pay and some time sacrifices have to be made as there is not such place as perfect home.
Furthermore, like you said, some of the comments do not come from the owner themselves and i agree with you. I seen this kind of people before and what i learn from this is, just don't simple believe everything people say, go find out yourself.

By the way, you suggestion on having a place where only Vista Bay's owner only can access........well, I'm actually working on this but for now,let us stick with this one blog 1st.
