Vista Bay Apartment: Telaga Emas

STOP-WORK Order has been issued to the developer of Telaga Emas project this afternoon by our local council MPSP after they had a surprise visit to the project site today. Seems they found out some irregularities and hence the stop-work order. A meeting on this matter together with the Developer, Engineers, Architect and Complainants will be organized next week at MPSP office, Bandar Perda.

Basically this STOP-WORK order will only last till next week and the outcome of the meeting will determine whether the project will still carry on using their current method or they will make some changes to it.

Bear in mind again, we are not against any development in the area but without following proper guideline in regards of humanitarian ground,proper action will be taken against them.

Anyway, many Thanks to MPSP for taking some actions on this matter although this effect won't last long but at least there is something being done. For now, we should be grateful that we can enjoy our coming weekend without the sound of hacking and knocking on the ground. So, enjoy!!!!!!
