Telaga Emas - Update

8th September 2010
Yesterday around late afternoon, member of AIRMAS called us up to inform us that the date they will be doing the test pile would be on 15th September 2010(Wednesday) at 10.00am for the reason of testing the soil, sound as well as vibration to determine whether it would effect the people living surrounding it or otherwise.

On this day, we would be having our guys over to their side to have discussion on this matter. We would hope that the residents of Bagan Vista would be preparing to embrace themselves in the shock waves or sound that might come out once the piling starts again. If the vibration or the sound is unbearable to you or any way disturb your daily routine , please voice up to us IMMEDIATELY so that we can ask MPSP to issue STOP WORK order to them again. Basically we want all the piling to stop as its really a nuisance to us living beside. We just want to them to change the method and nothing more. If the conventional piling still continue with no vibration and no disturbing sound, then we would not have this complaints in the first place.

So, question now is, would their conventional piling with extra measure like putting 'cushion' and reduce the height of the hammer would be any help to this process of vibration reduction as well as sound reduction?

To find out the answer, do help us to be around when the test pile going to be execute on 15th September 2010. Feedback to us.

By the way, do inform the management if you notice any new cracks in your home during the period where they started piling about 2-3 weeks back. We will compile a list to be sent to the AIRMAS Developer to repair them immediately.
