Marry Christmas and Happy New Year

It's that time of year again where we celebrate our bonuses, increments, clearing annual leave by force, festive new year and the best of all, the Christmas itself. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you guys a very Happy Holidays and hope you guys would enjoy this coming time around as mush as I do.

If you guys are travelling, make sure you guys are aware of all the safety measures that need to be taken care off while driving and having a tip top condition car and also not to forget, make sure your home are properly secured while travelling out leaving it behind.

Again, on behalf of Vista Bay Apartment Management, I would like to take this great season time to wish all of you a very HO HO HO, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Christmas Lobby Decoration Event

Christmas is around the corner and again, we would like to make this event a better link to our Vista Bay Apartment.

Thus, we would be organising a Lobby Decoration Event in conjunction with this festival and we are looking forward to see all the residents of Vista Bay Apartment coming down in groups to help beautify our lovely place. With this, the management would appreciate all the residents would be able to join us at the date and time stated below:

Happy New Year guys........ It has been a while since i updated this blog so i'm really sorry.
What a year?!!!....... 2009 bring a lot of new memories..........sad, joy, .....laughter......tears.......screaming......yelling......and many more but then again, we need all this experience so that we could move forward into 2010 with more confident and braver in what installed for us in the new year.

Anyway, let us not forgetting what Vista Bay install for us in the past and also in the future.......which what this blog is trying to do.......
Let us take a journey back into the past.......

Jun 2009 - OC Obtained
Jul 2009 - VP (Vacant Possession)
Jul 2009 - Owner's renovation works starts
Aug 2009 - Some owners moved in
Dec 2009 - JMB meeting: Committee elected
Dec 2009 - Christmas party for owners were organised (80% Owners who moved in involve)

Jan 2010 - Want to know more.........buy a unit then........kekeke

This is a happening place from what i can see.
We have a lot of professional guys inside who are actively participating in all the events we organised and will organised.

So, to those involved in making all the event a successfully one.......i salute you guys/gals.
