Forum For Owners Only

As everyone has been asking, I have come out a very fast way to enable only owner of the condo to make any inside comments that might want to get more attention by the developers. This is to avoid unecessary confusion on which one of you have genuine comments or just want to make the dicussion more 'spicy'. I do appreciate all the suggestions and views up untill now and i can assure you that all these comments have been make known to the developer. I do make a lot of visits to the office just to get more informations to share with you guys but not all informations are for public viewing and thus, as many people have suggested, need to create an internal forum for this kind of discussion.

For those potential buyers or someone you just browsing through, fret not, as information about this condo will still be published out here in this blog and for any further information that you would like to know, you can always ask me and i will feedback to you as soon as i get the answer.
Do remember one thing though, i'm not a blogger who sit in front of the computer and blog all day long, so i might take sometime to feedback to you on your questions......appreciate your understanding.

For owners, do read on.

I have created a discussion group inside the forum site that i have created earlier. You guys can see it in my previous post titled Vista Bay Forum. Once you have enter the forum, register yourself first like any usual forum sites and once you have done that, you would see all the topics like any other normal member would see except the one i mark as the one only for owner.
So, question is, how do i know the one register is the owner or just a normal other guys? For this, i have ask the developers help in indentifying you, as owner or otherwise.
With this, i would need some information information about you that would enable me to get the information from them but only at the minimum requirement as some of you might be careful in handing out important information and i do understand that.
The informations i need are as following:

1) Forum Username (which you have created)
2) Full name as per IC
3) The floor number you have bought (Optional - to double confirm)

and send all these informations to my email at michaelfg81@gmail.com.

Once you have done this, please give me a few days to return to you but once i have the information needed, i will email to you back.

Vista Bay Forum

A forum on Vista Bay Condominium has been created by me so that everyone can have a proper medium of discussion beside putting in all your comments here in the blog. Although you can still do so in the blog, but for more bigger discussion among owners as well as potential owners, its advisable that you guys do it in the forum as forum is more organize in term of topic grouping.

You can even create your own topic but do bear in mind that you would need to do it inside relevant topic category so that its easier to be located in future.

To go to the Forum, one only need to click on the link which is located on the right hand side pane which goes by the name of Click here to go to the Forum!!! under the "Vista Bay Forum Site"
