As far as the owners of Vista Bay Apartment are concern, their building is one of their most valued investment, and to some, its their life time investment. Put in under jeopardy is the last thing in their mind and having one big apartment building beside them is really creating one dent in their hope of having a peaceful mind.
Can you imagine wake up everyday to a rowdy neighbour or worst still, a peeping Tom staring right in your face? Can you imagine waking up to a pair of underwear staring right in your face? Can you imagine having over guests or VIPs to your 'Home-Sweet-Home' and let them see other people clothing? Imagine living in a place where you need to close your windows or door panels with curtain well shut? Last time i checked, having a house is to have some where for us to shelter from rain or sun and certainly to have a place where we can have a peace of mind. Having one building next door which is so near sure beats the hell out of the latter reason.
What we want is actually to have the building being built further aways instead of less then 50feet away. If there is any truth in it, we will fight for it as this somewhat against what we understand in life and in building investment. If it's a project that a developer building 2 buildings together at the same time, then at least we have an option to not buy it knowing we would be facing another building. That, at least, open up one option for us to whether buy it or not. We can't really say that no one wants to live in a place where their windows and doors are actually facing a 50ft away building right?...... but then, having to buy something and latter stage knowing there is a building being built beside us is actually clouding not only our view but our mind as well,and that is certainly something need to take into heavy consideration.
We know that we can't really stop development taking place around us but we certainly hope that this development is not ditching our hope as well. Uncomfortable as it may seems, we are actually fighting for our survival here as from this stage forwards, some of us might need to contemplate having to move else where just because development has forced them to do so. For the rest, we can certainly make our building more livelier as well as well manage building in order we can forget the ordeal we are in and make the most out of our living. It's not like once there is a big building being built beside us, the value of our property will go down but if we, the owners of Vista Bay apartment, can really take good care of this place, I'm sure, the place we call home would certainly bring back some hope, luck as well as profit.
Needless to say, we are not going out without a fight on this matter. To AIRMAS Development Sdn Bhd and their lousy project Telaga Emas, we are WATCHING you from every angle possible. If you make a slight mistake in progress of having your pockets fill with money, we will make you lose most if it soon enough.
