Another round of irresponsible behavior by the contractors of Telaga Emas to disobey the law of local council regarding building procedures has spark anger among the community of Apartment Vista Bay. Not only they continue with the piling work, they also disturb the peace and serenity of the surrounding area.
Around 10.20am this morning, they, the one who think they are on top of the law, start to do piling work again. For what we know and also for what the law tells us, they should not even have piling machines on the side at all as this is consider as start work already since they still don't have approval to this project just yet. How can they disregard the law and do as they like just for the sake of gaining profits. With this kind of disrespectful attitude towards the law as well as the surrounding occupants, how do you expect them to have a responsibility attitude towards the building itself. If they would continue behaving like this, at the end of the day, the people who is going to buy and stay there would only have nightmares as the building that are staying in is being built by people who only think about profits and care less of what they are doing.
With that incident, a second complain has been filed to the local council and this time, direct to the person in charge and not only the complaint department. I don't think they would understand how to stop work until a stop work order being issued by the local council reach their main gate.
We, as residents of Apartment Vista Bay, and not to mention people living surrounding it only wants to have a fair discussion before they can proceed with their project as we are not against the development taking place in this area, just that we want them to hear what we had to say. Seems this simple process is pretty hard for them to bear.
