Available and Sub-sale Units

9th April 2010
Until today, the progress of our place, we called home, seems to go down very well with all the owners. Since getting the OC last year, we have manage to come up with many many things including gatherings, parties, and we also manage to form up our Joint Management Board in due time. House rules has been placed with the Commissioner of Building and whatever issue that may arise from the building are properly dealt with in shortest time possible.

Within these few short months, we manage to improve a lot of things, lifestyle as well as relationship between owners, neighbours. We won't stop here as this journey is a continuous progress of our lives and i hope it will inspire everyone else who come contact with us.
Right now, everyone who came by seems to be impressed with what we have and to those who reluctant to book a unit initially are dwelling on their mistakes as most of their chosen option has been other people's home.

Just to have insight into what we still left of our building for you guys to get your hands on, we still have a few available units left which include sub-sales (people who bought the unit initially for investment purposes).
Below are the details of what kind of units left and also the price.

Hope to see you soon.

Hi Anonymous,

Buying a place is a very important decision that one has to make and by that, I can say its not a one day decision. Each person has their own individual taste and preference and therefore, we cannot simply said that unsold units are actually problematic units.

Feng shui might be one of the reason people not buying a place but then, different people has different feng shui. Bare in mind one thing, only a few unsold units left shows that our place has been on demand all this while and with many people start to notice our strategic location and the properly adjust security, I won't be surprise if we are left with only store room for you guys to buy.

Thanx
