wat is the main gate for actually?? i thought v r using touch n go system...
yup.....we r going to use this touch n go sys but this is additional one. might use when its needed.
All owner, please go thru n read thru yr sales n purchase agreement. My friend find that the stated in the agreement is not matching with the actual completed construction (The floor ceremic size).
Luckyly my one is ok. I think a lot of owner not really go thru their agreement yet.
So, p/s pay attention.

It will show you how you can register easily into the forum as owner.
By the way, i agree with the Anonymous mentioning about SnP. You guys would need to read through and understand it and if you found out anything misleading or mention in the SnP but they did not do it then i think you can go request for it but then, bear in mind on certain thing under statement, subject to change which they have the power to change it without consulting buyers. Remember to exercise your rights.

Actually do u think, if we notice any problem or any type of comment in yr forum, yr will know who are we or who m i, then u management may be will say: this house owner have so many doubt lah.

If you register inside the forum, then you would be able to see many house owner discuss about their worries or concern. You do not need to enter your house number and name inside the forum but just send me an email about it so that i can verify that you are a house owner.
Once i give you the permission then you would be able to join in the discussion as well.

To tell you the truth. i wish i am but then again, the reality is i'm not. I don't have any connection to this developer side nor i'm with any developer at all in this world. I'm a pure engineer from beginning till the end and that's about it.
If you are thinking that i'm the developer sitting behind the desk, then i can tell you that you are definitely wrong as the person in charge there do not have the name starting from Michael Fong....kekeke.
