Building wise, not much things to say since the building itself is already finished and now only awaiting for VP and OC. As for now, you guys should be planning a date when to move in or at least what kind of home you would like to have in order to plan for renovation.
Anyway, i do have one exciting news to inform you guys, but only to home owners. So for this, i hope you guys could log into the Vista Bay Forum as owner and proceed to 'Internal Group Discussion' area for that news. I think you guys would like to know about it very much. For those who has not register as home owner yet, pls follow the guideline on how to login in as home owner here.

Hi Guys,
Please take note that you would be only able to view those 'insiders' information if you register as home owner group. If not, you would only be able to view general information about Vista Bay.
Do take note on this.
