First of all, I would like to apologies to everyone especially the home owner of Vista Bay Apartment for not updating this page for quite some time now as I was kinda caught up with something lately.
During my absent, seems that a lot of stuff happened, is happening and will be happening in and around our beloved apartment.
Happened: The committee has decided to place grill doors at all the entrance to the rooftop area due to complaints we have received. Why do we need it in the first place you may ask? Well, just say that not everyone likes what is happening on top when people are not looking but then again, we do not stop anyone from having parties or gathering there and as usual, just make a pre-booking for occasions that you may plan there. For now, daily, the gate will open from 7.00am till 11.00pm but it can be extended to 12.00am (Max) if required. Another stuff happened is that we have changed the vendor that is maintaining our in-house internet connection and this come with a better price tag while the service either has been maintain or has been improved.
Happening: Owners complaint that new house renovation is causing a lot of debris and dust flying around. We acknowledge that and we advice that those home owners that are effected to talk to the contractor directly about this and ask them to close up the doors when doing their work.I did that and it seems to work If this fails, we hope that they can also call up the owners to talk to them on this but we do believe this issue can be resolved amicably without making a big fuss about it. At the same time, the home owners also can try to do their part as to limit the opening gaps at their doors and windows for the time being while they are finishing up their work.
Another stuff that VB home owners should that is that, JMC has started a program to recycle old newspaper that would be sold off and the money would be channeled to charity. If you have any old newspaper you would like to donate off, please put them in the cardboard box inside the Letter Box Room in the lobby. If you have any other suggestion on recycling program, do drop us a line in the Committee Member mail box or walk into the management office in lobby.
Will Happen: A minor project will start commencing soon in front of Vista Bay Apartment. This project comprise of semi-detached houses and it is exactly in front of the apartment opposite the guard house. So, to whoever parking at the road leading to the project, please avoid parking there as all the big machinery will be coming in. So, please take note on this.
