Maintenance Fee

It's that time again!!! We, as residents of Vista Bay Apartment would need to fork out money for maintenance fee which is being used to maintain our premise.

To those who pays every month, this reminder goes out to you as well because as long as staying in apartment or condominium is concern, paying maintenance fee is part and parcel of life in parcel living. In making the payment of maintenance fee as smooth sailing as possible, we, the Joint Management Committee of Vista Bay Apartment has decided to allow residents of Vista Bay Apartment to pay either Monthly, Quarterly, Half Year or even One Year period and all this payment is for months ahead instead of for previous months.

Some people might ask, what if they pay half year or even one year in advance, would they be getting rebates or discount? The answer is simple...... NO. Not to say we don't want to give you any discount or rebate for the huge payment, we do appreciate it but then, our expenses monthly does not give us rebate or discount when we pay one lump sum for one year.



As you may know, maintenance fee is being use to pay all the stuff or services we get to keep our place in tip top shape. Without it is like asking your boss not to pay you any money at all and you will see what will happen to you in long run. Thus, paying up on time is very crucial in making our living in the place we call home a pleasant one.

But to bear in mind, there are penalty if a resident pays up late and its being calculate on a daily basis. Although the amount is not big but bottom line is, the money is still  money.
