Happy New Year

31st December 2010
Another year has gone by and hope you guys have achieved what you have wished for early in the year.
If it's not, then fret not since we still have many years ahead of us and making wishes is just part and parcel of our lives.

Anyhow, we, Joint Management Committee, would like to take this chance to wish every one a very Happy New Year and since Christmas has only gone by barely a week, so would like to wish everyone again a very Happy Christmas.

If we look back, we would see that most of us living in this lovely apartment has endure at least 1 year of livelihood  in this place. I bet most of you guys has seen this place as a perfect place to call home but nonetheless, we have been bother by one big project beside us, who not only interrupt our livelihood with noises but also vibration with their works and piling. The worst has subside but our battle will continue. We are in the pursue of finding justice on our behalf and i can tell you that lights are coming from all direction now.

Anyway, looking at our own shore, our place currently boast the best security among all high rise residential area  and therefore, we, as residents should not be worry about safety of the people as well as belongings. Nonetheless, we should not let our guards down as criminals are everywhere and we have nothing to lose if we still look over our own shadow once in a while.

Since we are living in a close community, sometime, we as residents should also think about others well being as not to interrupt others in our everyday living events. Our close proximity definitely one of our biggest barrier but all but not lost as we still can be considerate enough if we were to live in this closely nit environment.

Since one year with many challenges has ended, we would look forward to next with confident and down to earth attitude. With this modest consideration, I bet we would always be able to strive for the best, at our home and also the outside world.

With this, I, on behalf of all JMC of Vista Bay Apartment, again, would like to wish every residents a very Happy New year and may God bless us all.

Take care.
