Status As Of 9th April 2009

It was raining the whole day today. I was going towards Vista Bay to have a look when the rain fell again and this time, it was kinda heavy. At that time, it was around 2.45pm. Althought the rain was pouring the whole day today, but the area there was not under water or some sort except for the junction (traffic light) leading to the Jalan Telaga Air where the condo is situated but then again, its a common sight even without heavy rain. Apart from that, everything seems to be find and thus, i would say, the area is not prone to flood, and i hope it would stay that way.

Anyway, i got the news that the developer is in the process of hiring a contractor to clean the place up and a unit has been clean up just try it out. Somehow, the whole place will be cleaned up in due time for our inspection later since its just around the corner. Even the pool has been prepared for our arrival but i doubt that anyone would jump into it once you guys get the keys right?.......
Today seems kind of a moody day for me with all those rain, so, this time, i did not go into the building to do some inspection again (taking all the pictures) but i do walk into the compound where the pool is located. For the first time, i was asked to write my name down by the security guard as one of the procedure and i was kinda impressed. At least i know they are doing their job.

I only manage to take the picture of the pool with full tank of water in it and that's about it. Enjoy....!!!
