Status As Of 4th April 2009

Again, not much i can say on the difference or the latest progress our our condomonium but a few things i notice is that they are really putting in the final touch before the key is handed to us for inspection. Even the smimming pool begins its maintenance work today. Suises have been put in place and the fluorescent lights can be seen every where. One thing nice i notice is that, for every floor, at the so called lobby where the 1st place you would walk into when leaving the lift, are the decoration condo-style lights at the top which is pretty nice to say the least, from my point of view that is.

For the time being, the information i get is that, very high chances we would be getting our key to the condo (VP) by this month and if that is true, i would be really great for us all, isn't it? Anyway, hope for the best then. Once keys are handed over to us, only OC will be our next target and follow by Strata Title in a few years time. For now, let us take one step a time, shall we.

Bear in mind that to reach the top floor, the lift will only take you the 15th floor which is not the roof yet. You would need to walk straight towards a staircase when you walk out from the lift and go up. The staircase will lead you to the top of the roof. Once you are at the top, you would see crowded-like area which has 4 big walls as well as pipes leading opposite direction but fret not. The actual attraction is not in the middle part but actually the 4 corners of the rooftop. From the pictures you see above, there are 2 of them that tells you about one of the corners which is quite big as the pictures show from 2 different angles. Imagine you have 4 of this at different corners. The advantage of this is actually you can have 4 different gathering at one go and one would not be able to bother the other one and thus, privacy prevails. These 4 different corners where our gathering would be will be decorated with build-in wall sitting area as well as place for plants. Lights build to the walls also will be there to enlighten you a bit to show you to way in and out from the rooftop.

Another thing to keep in mind is that, for the zinc roof that you can see on the roof top is actually sandwitching 2 layers of foam-like form based to protect us from the heat of the sun and thus, cool down the surrounding area.
