Already half month to go (I hope) before we get our keys and everything is still running on track. Process of cleaning up the place is still on going and if i'm not mistaken, half of the block has been cleaned so far.
Anyway, today, I also witness to the line drawing process for our car park space in the compound of the the condominium. This parking space drawing also covers not only for the car but also for motorcycles which is based on the procedure laid down by MPSP that allocate certain amount of parking spaces needed for a condominium.
This line drawing process was pretty fast as everything was done in about half a day and with this, i manage to take picture before and after the lines have been drawn. For your information, we have almost 70 car parks at the ground floor compound alone.
Apart from that, i also went to the went to the Lorong Kubur to take a few pictures. So, hope you guys enjoy the pictures...!!!

Dear Michael, Thanks for sharing all this, wonder which are the 3 departments still in waiting.
Hi Michael,
By looking at it, we probably will get the key and OC by end of this month? As there is still 03 departments to go.
By the way, is there car wash area for residents?
Regards,
Sharene
Hi William,
I'm not quite sure which department are still left but if i manage to meet developer today, then i will ask them about it.
Hi Sharene,
The VP and OC are definately at different time, normally the fastest would be 2 weeks but the longest should be 3 months else, there would penalty enforced on the developer. Anyway, from what i heard, normally by default, OC would be around 1 month after VP and hopefully, ours will be this case.
About the car wash area, yes, i have asked the developer and they said there is a car wash area designated for us at the back but i did not personally go in and see that specific place just yet.
Hi William,
From the information i get, the 3 departments that are still pending are the department who handles lifts approval (i don't know the real name), Fire Department and last one would be MPSP.
