Benefits of Getting A Unit

Buying a house is not like buying a chicken in the wet market. You need proper planning as well as desire of fulfilling life's goal. So, its not advisable that you walk into a show house and strait away buy one unit up as you desire except you are damn rich that is.

For me, as i'm not fall inside the category of damn rich, well, planning has been done carefully and scouting for best price and benefits besides 'falling in love at first look' are actually needed for long term whether it be for investment or to make it your home. For a thigh budget and other constraint, i've been going around Penang to scout for the best place for months and when i finally found one, i make sure i check in details on what this place would be able to offer me.......

So, to put it simple, i've draft out the benefits below for your viewing and if it suits you, then definitely you can consider it but if not, then you can always move on the the next one right.......you just got nothing to lose. Bear in mind that below benefits is what the developer able to offer me and how i can make full use of it. For others, you might have different desire and agenda, so the explanation below might not be able to suite every individual opinion.

Location
I can say its very strategic located not to mention convenience as well. The area is the busiest part of Butterworth if not the mainland of Penang. Even never live around there before, but i always end up in Raja Uda for its great food as well as shops. Basically the road has everything I want and its convenient just to go to one place and do all your shopping. The food there is simply marvelous but since this blog is not to mention or promote food, then no point for me to go detail into it. Although this condo is not located at the exact point of Raja Uda, but situated at the end point of that particular road is also good enough as we will not short of food or anything applicable to us. Besides Raja Uda as the main attraction, this condo is also a stone throw away from Billion Supermarket, elementary school, pharmacy, motor shops, grocery shops, temple, so on and so forth and not to mention also a mere 10 minutes drive to Sunway Carnival Mall and banks. I really can't list out all but if you were to drive around there, you would be amaze of what they have around the condominium and after that, you would definitely understand the word strategic in a whole different manner.

Price
I would definitely say the price is quite reasonable for a condo that is 1,300sqft in size. You don't really able to get that price with this size in Penang and since landed property has shoot sky-high even on mainland side, this condo definitely become a good bargain. With the price starting from RM177,000 initially, it has go up to almost RM200,000 now and if you guys wait any longer.......then you can kiss this great place goodbye already. On the other hand, some might think that RM200,000 is actually a big money now but, for middle income people, i bet this amount would not be much of a problem. Some people might say, well if i add another RM40,000 into it, i could actually buy a landed property now in mainland. Well, i would agree with that statement, with RM240,000, you could actually buy a landed property but then again, you have to think twice, because with that price, its either far away from town area or there is something wrong with that place which you need to know of.
So, i would say, with this condominium price and the strategic of the location, its definitely a good bargain......at least from my point of view.

Looks and Design
Well, normally when we talk about looks, we don't really pin point whether is great gorgeous or anything. This is because, i might say that its beautiful or nice but you might say other wise. This looks portion basically is subjective but from what i see, this condo is very modern looking and one thing for sure, its not compact unlike other condominium which has so many units until i can classify it as 'pasar' (market) already. Another thing i would like to stress it the neatness of the design. If you been there, you can see that the design basically stress on the value of its property, meaning it cannot grow old with time. So, with God's will, this place might even worth a lot more in future. Then again, i would recommend you guys to go and see instead taking my words for it. Since seeing does not mean you need to pay, you won't have anything to lose right.

Facilities
One of the main reason i bought this condo was actually the facilities it offers. Top of my list is the free internet package that comes with a unit. The speed is nothing to brag but then again, its free.... hehehe...... so called free at least. For me, its actually included inside the maintenance's fee you are going to pay every month but who doesn't right. Furthermore, you will have an option of upgrading the internet speed with their own package which in line with the fiber optic leading to the building. So, from what i heard, the price for 2Mb connection might cost less then 1Mb offered by streamyx. So, hopefully its true.
Another thing i like about the facilities is the gym that they offer. Although i can't say much yet about it because the equipment not yet arrive, but i do say that exercise for us (people who work long hour) is actually a must else we won't be able to see the day light again in 20 years time. So for me, this facility is a must.
Next, is the intercom base telephone line. Every unit are not actually connected individually and thus, making calls between unit is actually free of charge but since i don't have any friends to chat all day long just yet, but i bet one day this facility would definitely benefits us all who stay in this condo.
For the rest of the facilities, well, there is nothing to mention as there are almost the same as what other condominium would offer and they are proximity security card, security cameras, BBQ pits, covered car parks, Astro service point, pool and bla bla bla.

For me, i would strongly recommend you to go and take a look at the condominium and don't just take my words for it, you have to see it to believe it. All the comments i put here is just from my point of view but if it does suits you, why not try it and you have to be hurry since only limited units are available.
